All Tiny Einsteins products are SHIPPED FREE of cost either UPS ground for all packages over 1 lb. or USPS first class for items under 1 lb. anywhere in the CONTINENTAL USA. For an additional cost we will ship to certain places outside the United States. Contact Linda @ 864-346-0945 for shipping costs and to place order.
We ship every in-stock item UPS Ground or USPS usually within 24-48 hours during business days (weekends are excluded) barring any complications. You normally can expect it within 5-15 days after placing your order depending upon your location. However, usually you will receive your item in about 2-3 days after it is shipped depending upon your location and the time of year it is being shipped.
Please note that most orders are mailed out within 24 hours and many the same day as the order is placed. You can not modify or cancel an order after 24 hours the order was posted but you can return the item if you do not want it after you receive it for store credit.
You can have your order shipped to another address by giving that address as the shipping address when filling out your order form.

We are confident in our products but understand that sometimes returns are inevitable. Return procedures are different for different products. Look below to see how to return each type of item:

Return Policy
For Computer Software:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition.
2. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. You must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
3. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 15%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
4. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us at 864-346-0945 - or -
5. Email linda@tinyeinsteins.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), The title of the product, and The specific problem you have encountered.
*Please note: To avoid costly returns on software, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.
For OTHER TOYS AND ITEMS:
1. All Taurus toys & Anatex Toys are guaranteed 100%. Other toys and items depend upon the manufacturer and condition they are in. You can return the product to us for credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. Returns must be processed on or before thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Any refund is for the cost of the item minus the actual cost of shipping cost. Items must be returned in all of it's original packaging undamaged. There is a 10% - 15% restocking fee.
2. To return Call us at 864-346-0945 or Email us at linda@tinyeinsteins.com to get an R.A. number. Place your name, the R.A. number, and product in the same package it was shipped in and return the product to us. (It must be in original packaging.)
3. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us at 864-346-0945 or Email us at inda@tinyeinsteins.com for a replacement shipment.
4. All refunds will be made in the form of store credit only. Store credit can be used up to 365 days from the date of issue.
5. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product was received in non-working order we will pay the shipping cost to mail the product back to TinyEinsteins.com. For all other returns you are responsible for shipping costs.
6. Note: The actual shipping charges are NOT refundable
