What is your shipping cost?
MOST Tiny Einsteins products are SHIPPED FREE of cost either UPS ground or USPS. Some products have a choice of shipping method to help fit your needs. Click SHIPPING for information.
How do I select the proper educational toy for my child?
Of course that depends upon what you are looking for. You have the choice to shop by AGE, TYPE OF TOY, SUBJECT, or BRAND. You can also shop by POPULAR CHARACTER for our computer software. If you need any further help please contact linda@tinyeinsteins.com and we'll be glad to give you advise.
Can I order any other way besides online? Yes you can order by phone, just call us at 864-346-0945 and place your order or you may mail your order in with a check. If you send a check realize we will not send your item out until the check has cleared so this will slow down the process some for you.
How quickly can I expect my Tiny Einsteins product?
We ship every in-stock item UPS Ground or USPS within 24-48 hours during business days (weekends are excluded) barring any complications. You normally can expect it within 5-15 days after placing your order depending upon your location. However, usually you will receive your item in about 2-3 days after it is shipped depending upon your location and the time of year it is being shipped.
How do I return an item?

Are your toys guaranteed?
YES! 100% Check out our CUSTOMER GUARANTEE and the details. Any damaged item can be returned and replaced free of charge with the postage paid. Other items can be returned within 30 days in the proper manner and given store credit. Check our returns policy.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Most orders are mailed out within 24 hours and many the same day. You can not modify or cancel an order after 24 hours the order was posted but you can return the item if you do not want it after you receive it for store credit. Contact sales@tinyeinsteins.com if you have questions.
Are your software and toys new?
Yes, ALL of our products are new and factory-sealed
Can my order be shipped to a different address?
Yes, you can have your order shipped to another address. Many customers prefer to receive their order at their place of employment or sent to a relative or friend. Just fill in that person's address as the shipping address on your order form when you check out.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we gladly accept payment through PayPal! Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. When you get to the payment options screen there will be a PayPal option.
Will my software run on Windows XP?
If you have trouble installing your software, try using the Program Compatibility Wizard:
Click "Start"
Click "All Programs"
Click "Accessories"
Click "Program Compatibility Wizard"
Answer the step by step questions. When the software runs successfully, you will have the option to SAVE the settings. If you save the settings you will not have to complete this step again.
Do you offer anything free besides shipping?
